To support a growing health coaching initiative, the full-time State Licensed Health Coach will guide a caseload of members through personalized wellness journeys, utilizing virtual sessions and messaging to foster lasting behavior change across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. Key responsibilities Own the member experience from onboarding through progress milestones, ensuring individualized attention Conduct live coaching sessions and provide ongoing support through timely messaging Develop personalized, data-informed plans that adapt to each member's evolving needs and goals Required qualifications NBC-HWC full board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching An associate's degree or higher, or equivalent experience-based path to coaching certification 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining individual member engagement Comfort working with a diverse member population, adapting coaching styles to meet varied needs
