About This Role The RN Health Coach at Evernorth provides personalized coaching and support to clients, focusing on wellness and health improvement through data-driven insights. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about health education and promoting wellness. Highlights Location: Dallas, TX Brand/Division: Evernorth Schedule: Full-time What You'll Do Provide customer coaching and support via video and telephone. Perform stress, anxiety, and depression screenings. Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessments. Refer customers to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs as appropriate. Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set goals. Empower customers to actively participate in their health outcomes. Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities. Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes. Develop action plans that drive clinical value for customers and clients. Requirements Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion. At least 3 years of RN experience in a hospital or provider's office setting. Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Texas required, with ability to maintain Compact license or additional state licenses. Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification required.
