Mouthology is a fast-growing oral health brand on a mission to make better oral health accessible to everyone. Our flagship toothpaste is made with 10% nano-hydroxyapatite, and we're rapidly expanding across Amazon, TikTok Shop, DTC and major national retailers.

We're looking for an experienced Head of DTC Growth to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business. Someone who knows how to acquire customers profitably, build high-performing creative, optimize conversion and turn a Shopify store into a serious growth engine.

• Own DTC growth & economics: Drive profitable customer acquisition across Meta, Google and other paid channels. Own CAC, AOV, contribution margin, LTV and payback.

• Build a creative testing engine: Develop and execute a high-volume testing strategy for paid advertising. Identify winning concepts, iterate quickly and continuously improve creative performance.

• Drive conversion optimization: Own Shopify landing pages, PDPs, offers, bundles and checkout performance. Build a disciplined A/B testing program to improve conversion rates and revenue per visitor.

• Increase AOV & LTV: Optimize offers, subscriptions, upsells, retention and repeat-purchase strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

• Scale the channel: Identify new growth opportunities, test emerging acquisition channels and build the systems, analytics and processes needed to scale DTC profitably.

• Proven experience scaling a DTC consumer brand , ideally in CPG, beauty, personal care, health or wellness.

• Strong track record of profitable customer acquisition and meaningful revenue growth, with measurable results.

• Deep experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, creative strategy and conversion rate optimization.
\n
• Strong understanding of unit economics, attribution, retention and customer lifetime value.
\n
• Highly analytical, creative and comfortable running frequent experiments.
\n
• A hands-on operator who moves quickly, takes ownership and knows how to build systems that scale.
