English Speaking Moderator for Online Platform in Washington, D.C. We are seeking a dynamic and professional Moderator to join our growing team in Washington, D.C. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions on our platform, ensuring that content is appropriate and engaging for our English-speaking audience. Responsibilities Monitor discussions and interactions on the platform in real-time Ensure that all content posted by users complies with community guidelines Engage with users to maintain a positive and respectful online environment Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Identify and report any issues or violations to the appropriate team members Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving user engagement Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written) Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences Comfortable working with technology platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends Preferred Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms Familiarity with current events and cultural trends in the United States Experience working with international teams or communities Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience) Location: Washington, D.C.
