Dental receptionist / admin
Job Description Front Desk & Patient Interaction:
Greet patients warmly and check them in/out efficiently
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
Schedule and confirm appointments using our dental software
Verify insurance eligibility and process patient paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Administrative Support:
Manage patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation
Process billing, payments, and insurance claims
Assist with inventory management (ordering office supplies as needed)
Handle mail, faxes, and emails in a timely manner
Provide general office support (filing, data entry, etc.)
full-time $19 - $26 per hour

Tuesday – Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends: Closed
Additional flexibility may be available
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience (dental office preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
Spanish-speaking is a plus!
