In this role, you will serve as a helpful voice for caller inquiries, providing professional assistance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls for the Florida Division of Corporations with professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Navigate computer systems and software tools quickly to access information and resolve caller inquiries. Maintain high customer service standards while managing high-volume call traffic. Deliver accurate information clearly and courteously to callers. What We Are Looking For Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and articulate phone presence. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computers, navigating software applications, and managing multi-screen workflows. Dependability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to a structured Monday through Friday schedule. Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, private, and distraction-free home office setup. Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a standard background check. Internet Connection: Stable, hardwired Ethernet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem (Minimum speeds: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload ). Wi-Fi connections are not supported.
